What types of projects does ITDG handle?
We specialize in tenant improvements, data center construction, ground-up commercial builds, industrial facilities, retail buildouts, and 24/7 facility maintenance. Project scopes range from $50K renovations to multi-million dollar ground-up construction.
How quickly can you mobilize a crew?
For standard projects, we can typically mobilize within 1–2 weeks of contract execution. For emergency or time-critical work, we maintain 24/7 rapid-response crews that can deploy within 24–48 hours.
Do you work outside of Arizona?
Yes. While headquartered in Tucson, AZ, we actively deploy construction teams across 13 states including California, Utah, Washington, Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina, Connecticut, Nebraska, Rhode Island, Maryland, Wisconsin, and Louisiana.
What does 'vertically integrated' mean for my project?
It means we self-perform the majority of trade work with our own crews — electrical, mechanical, framing, drywall, concrete, and more. This eliminates subcontractor markups, scheduling conflicts, and the blame game when issues arise.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
At minimum: project location, approximate square footage, scope of work, and desired timeline. If you have architectural drawings, specs, or an RFP package, those help us deliver a more precise estimate faster.
