Property management companies coordinate vendors—they don't perform the work. When your HVAC goes down, they call an HVAC company and wait. When you need electrical work, that's a different call and a different vendor. ITDG self-performs these trades with our own employees. Yes. Our embedded industrial program already operates across multiple states. We deploy our own crews to wherever the work demands. For commercial service contracts, our primary coverage area is Southern Arizona, but we evaluate opportunities nationwide for the right facility partnerships.

Our standard service contracts include quarterly preventive maintenance visits covering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You also receive priority dispatch for emergency calls (jump ahead of on-demand clients), discounted labor rates (15-20% off standard), asset tagging with digital service history, a dedicated account manager, and annual facility assessments with capital planning recommendations.

This is one of our key differentiators. Most GCs build it and leave. Most maintenance companies maintain it but can't build. ITDG does both.
