ITDG Construction started as a small electrical contractor in Tucson, Arizona in 1980. Over four decades, we watched the same problems plague our industry — stacked subcontractor markups, schedule-killing coordination gaps, and zero accountability when things went wrong.
So we built the solution ourselves. One trade at a time, we added in-house capabilities until we became Arizona's only general contractor that self-performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glazing, civil, concrete, and painting — all with our own W-2 employees.

David Williamson
David brings over 40 years of expertise in the construction industry. He began his career as an electrical contractor with Williamson Electric in 1979 — growing what started as a small operation into one of Arizona's largest electrical contractors, employing 400 professionals.
Transitioning to general contracting, David implemented a distinctive strategy by self-performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services in-house — allowing clients to collaborate closely with the project team to design cost-effective solutions that align with their budgets.
David is dedicated to helping clients understand the value of MEP systems and their integration into specific project needs. He takes a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless coordination among the in-house team on each project to maintain schedules and stay within budget.
