Project Objective
The franchisee needed to open multiple locations quickly to capitalize on market demand. Each location required complex kitchen infrastructure including grease traps, hood systems, and high-capacity electrical—all while working within existing retail shells.
Our Approach
ITDG deployed dedicated crews to each location simultaneously. Our in-house plumbing team handled the complex grease trap and drain installations while our electricians ran the high-amperage circuits required for commercial kitchen equipment.
