ITDG completed a ground-up construction project for Angie's Lobster at 110 S Wilmot in Tucson, Arizona. The new-build drive-through restaurant was delivered in December 2024, giving the growing quick-service brand a fully operational location in one of Tucson's high-traffic corridors.
The project encompassed the full scope of ground-up construction—from site preparation, foundation, and structural framing through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins to final interior and exterior finishes. The completed facility features a purpose-built drive-through lane, illuminated signage, and a modern exterior designed to match the brand's identity.
This project highlights ITDG's capability to deliver complete new-build restaurant facilities on schedule, managing every phase of construction with our vertically integrated team to ensure quality and efficiency from the ground up.

Project Objective
Building a new quick-service restaurant from the ground up on a commercial site required precise coordination across every phase of construction—site work, structural, MEP, and finishes—while meeting the brand's design standards and maintaining an aggressive delivery schedule to support the planned opening.
Our Approach
ITDG managed the entire build from site preparation through certificate of occupancy. Our in-house crews handled electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring the drive-through infrastructure, kitchen systems, and building services were built to specification. By self-performing key trades and maintaining tight scheduling across all phases, we delivered a turnkey facility ready for the brand's equipment installation and grand opening.
