Project Overview
ITDG delivered a ground-up construction project for Angie's Prime at 2574 N Campbell Ave in Tucson, Arizona, completing the new restaurant in December 2024. Situated on one of Tucson's busiest north-south corridors near the University of Arizona, the location gives the brand strong visibility and convenient access for the surrounding community.
The project covered the full scope of new construction—site preparation, foundation and structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and interior and exterior finishes. The completed building features a clean, modern facade that reflects the Angie's Prime brand identity, purpose-built for efficient restaurant operations from day one.
This build further demonstrates ITDG's ability to execute ground-up restaurant construction on schedule, leveraging our self-performing trades to maintain quality control and keep the project moving through every phase.
