Project Overview
ITDG completed a ground-up construction project for Quiznos at 2601 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson, Arizona. Delivered in July 2023, the new-build restaurant sits on one of Tucson's most heavily traveled east-west corridors, giving the brand a high-visibility location with strong daily traffic counts.
The project covered the full scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and complete interior and exterior finishes. The finished facility includes a drive-through lane, branded exterior with signage, and a fully built-out interior ready for restaurant operations.
This project is another example of ITDG's proven ability to deliver turnkey quick-service restaurant facilities on schedule, managing every phase of construction with our vertically integrated team to ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth handoff to the brand for opening.

Project Objective
Building a new quick-service restaurant on a busy commercial corridor required careful coordination across all phases of ground-up construction—from site work through finished building—while meeting brand design standards and delivering on schedule to support the planned opening on East Speedway.
Our Approach
ITDG managed the entire build from site preparation through certificate of occupancy. Our in-house crews handled electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring drive-through infrastructure, kitchen systems, and building services were built to specification. Self-performing key trades allowed us to maintain tight schedule control and deliver a turnkey facility ready for the brand's equipment and grand opening.
