Project Overview

ITDG completed a ground-up construction project for a dual-brand Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins restaurant at 13952 Sandario in Marana, Arizona. Delivered in April 2025, the new-build facility gives both brands a combined presence in one of the Tucson metro area's fastest-growing communities.

The project encompassed the complete scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, concrete foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and full interior and exterior finishes. The completed building features a purpose-built drive-through lane, branded exterior finishes, illuminated signage, and a fully finished interior with service counters, menu displays, and seating areas designed to accommodate both the Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins concepts under one roof.

Dual-brand QSR facilities require careful planning to ensure both concepts operate efficiently within a shared space. ITDG's vertically integrated approach allowed us to manage every phase of the build, delivering a turnkey restaurant ready for equipment installation and opening day.
