Trey Luglan

Trey Luglan brings over 38 years of building experience that spans every level of the construction industry — from the trades floor to the project management office. He started working in the trades in high school and earned his first superintendent role at just 22 years old, demonstrating the drive and field instincts that would define his career.

By 30, Trey had launched his own custom home building company, gaining firsthand experience in every aspect of running a construction business from the ground up. He then made the transition to commercial construction, spending over 20 years as a Commercial Superintendent on increasingly complex projects.

His background includes serving as a Quality Assurance Officer for the Army Corps of Engineers — a role that instilled the rigorous standards and documentation discipline he brings to every ITDG project. Trey has built extensively in medical facilities, imaging centers, and multi-story construction, giving him specialized knowledge in the precise MEP coordination and code compliance these projects demand.

Since 2016, Trey has focused on Project Management and Estimating, combining nearly four decades of field experience with modern project controls. He is Procore Certified and proficient in Microsoft Project, bringing data-driven scheduling and cost tracking to complement his hands-on construction intuition.
