Jerry Martin
Jerry Martin brings over 40 years of construction industry experience across multiple states, with a career spanning every level of field leadership — from Project Superintendent to Director of Construction. He first joined the Williamson team in 2000 and has been a cornerstone of the operation ever since, earning the trust of clients and crews alike through decades of consistent execution.
In his current role as General Superintendent, Jerry oversees all project superintendents within ITDG, ensuring that every jobsite operates with the same discipline, safety standards, and schedule accountability that define the company. His ability to coordinate multiple active projects simultaneously — each with its own crew, timeline, and trade requirements — is what allows ITDG's vertically integrated model to function at scale.
Jerry's leadership style is built on presence and precision. He doesn't manage from a desk — he's on the jobsite, solving problems in real time, keeping trades sequenced, and holding every team member to the standard.
His strong business acumen and commitment to continuous professional development mean that he doesn't just maintain the status quo; he actively drives improvements in how ITDG delivers projects. After four decades of building across Arizona and beyond, Jerry remains one of the most respected field leaders in the state — and a major reason why ITDG's schedules hold and clients keep coming back.
