With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Barry Dickey specializes in heavy civil construction — bringing a depth of knowledge and field expertise that ensures every ITDG project starts on solid ground. His extensive background spans site development, infrastructure, grading, underground utilities, demolition, and full-scope project management, covering the critical-path sitework that every other trade depends on.

As Civil Division Manager, Barry is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and team coordination across all of ITDG's civil operations. He ensures that every phase is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety — because when the civil work is right, everything that follows goes smoother.

Having an in-house civil division led by someone with Barry's experience is a critical piece of ITDG's vertically integrated advantage. While other general contractors wait on civil subcontractors to mobilize and finish before the building trades can begin, Barry's team is already coordinated with the concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other divisions from day one.
