Eric Lomeli
Eric Lomeli has been immersed in the concrete industry since 1983, building a career that spans over four decades of hands-on expertise in one of construction's most demanding trades. He earned his first foreman role at just 19 years old — a testament to the work ethic and field instincts that would define the rest of his career.
From there, Eric advanced through every level of concrete operations: superintendent, project manager, and ultimately Vice President of Operations — a role he held for 24 years, overseeing large-scale concrete programs from bid through final placement. The majority of Eric's career has been dedicated to custom concrete work, including high-end residential homes and complex commercial projects where precision, finish quality, and structural integrity are non-negotiable.
That depth of experience in custom applications gives him an eye for detail and craftsmanship that production-focused concrete managers simply don't develop. Eric joined ITDG's team as Concrete Division Manager in 2024, bringing his extensive leadership background to one of the company's newest in-house trade divisions.
His ability to manage crews, sequence pours with other trades, and deliver structural concrete to exacting specifications makes him a critical addition to ITDG's vertically integrated model — ensuring that the foundation of every project is as precisely executed as the MEP systems built on top of it.
