With over 25 years of experience as a business owner in the painting industry, Mike Hubbard leads ITDG's in-house painting and finishes division. His background running his own painting company gave him a thorough understanding of scheduling, material selection, and quality standards — skills that translate directly into his role managing ITDG's painting operations across a wide range of commercial projects.

Mike specializes in the high-pressure finishing environments that hotel Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and hotel-to-multifamily conversions demand. These projects often require painting in occupied or partially operational spaces — a challenge that requires careful coordination, clean work practices, and the ability to deliver flawless results without disrupting tenants or guests.

Having an in-house painting division led by someone with Mike's depth of experience is a key part of ITDG's vertically integrated model.
