Project Overview
ITDG completed a 30,000 SF ground-up construction project for the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) at 663 W. Main Ave. in Casa Grande, Arizona. Delivered in July 2024, the new facility provides DCS with a purpose-built space designed to support their critical mission of protecting Arizona's children and families.
The project encompassed the full scope of new construction—civil site work, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, exterior cladding, and interior finishes. At 30,000 square feet, the building was designed and built to meet the specific operational requirements of a government agency, including secure areas, administrative offices, meeting spaces, and public-facing service areas.
This project builds on ITDG's longstanding relationship with DCS and demonstrates our ability to scale from tenant improvement work to full ground-up government construction, delivering a facility that meets the rigorous standards required for public-sector buildings.
