ITDG completed another successful conversion for GoodHomes, transforming an existing hotel property into GoodHomes Cedar Creek—a 198-unit residential community featuring resort-inspired amenities.
The property includes 194 studio apartments and 4 one-bedroom units, each updated with modern kitchens, refreshed bathrooms, and contemporary finishes. What sets Cedar Creek apart is its exceptional amenity package: a renovated pool area, expansive community center, and convenient on-site laundry facilities.
This project demonstrated ITDG's ability to not only convert guest rooms into quality residential units but also reimagine common areas into amenities that enhance the resident experience and drive property value.

Project Objective
The Cedar Creek conversion required balancing unit renovations with significant amenity space development. The existing pool area needed restoration to meet residential standards, while former hotel common spaces required creative reimagining as community amenities. The project demanded careful sequencing to deliver both units and amenities on the same timeline.
Our Approach
ITDG executed parallel workstreams across units and amenity spaces. While our crews renovated residential units floor-by-floor, dedicated teams restored the pool area and transformed common spaces into a welcoming community center. Our in-house plumbing team installed the on-site laundry facility, adding a high-value amenity that differentiates the property in the market.
