Project Overview
ITDG delivered The Bowie Apartments, an eight-story hotel-to-multifamily conversion creating 197 residential units for GoodHomes. This mid-rise project showcases our capability to execute vertical conversions efficiently across multiple floors.
The completed property features 185 studio apartments and 12 one-bedroom units, each thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. The eight-floor structure required careful coordination of MEP upgrades, life-safety systems, and finish work across all levels while maintaining efficient workflow sequencing.
The Bowie represents our continued partnership with GoodHomes and demonstrates ITDG's scalable approach to hotel conversions across varying building types and heights.

Project Objective
Converting an eight-story hotel structure presented unique vertical logistics challenges. MEP systems required floor-by-floor upgrades while maintaining building services. The height of the structure demanded careful material staging and crew coordination to maintain productivity across all levels simultaneously.
